Lexington Park Residential Development, Chicago.

Mixed use residential development of 326 condominium units, 500 space parking garage and ground floor retail located on the corners of Cermak, South Michigan Avenue and South Indiana Boulevard. Residential units are located in “loft building” a six story structure on South Michigan Boulevard  that covers the Parking garage from the street and high rise luxury unit tower facing Lake Michigan and the McCormick Place Convention complex. The complex was designed to address both the scales of South Michigan Avenue, “Motor Row” which is a neighborhood scale and the McCormick Place Convention Complex which is a regional scale development. The project negotiates the diversity of  scale to better integrate this district with its residential and commercial neighborhood.
