Master plan for 17 kilometers of the ancient Yellow River Riverfront connecting two of the largest freshwater lakes in China in the municipality of Su Qian and features residential, Business, Cultural, University, Research and Development, Entertainment,  Cultural  and Regional Spots districts within a sustainable eco –park  system to anticipate a major growth in population over the next 20 years.
